We do not send unsolicited commercial email. If you receive a follow-up message from us, it is directly related to a service request you made or a project we completed for you.
Our website uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data it receives.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type) and sends it to Google's servers. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We run advertising on Google Search. Google's conversion tracking records whether a visit originating from an ad results in a contact form submission or a phone call click. This data helps us measure advertising effectiveness. Google's advertising privacy settings are available at adssettings.google.com.
Our website includes an AI chat assistant powered by ElevenLabs. If you use the chat widget, your voice or text input is transmitted to ElevenLabs' servers to generate a response. We do not store transcripts of those conversations. Please review ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy for details on how they handle voice data.
Contact and estimate forms on our website are processed through EmailJS, which transmits your form submission to our email inbox.
